Autoroll's Ceraseal ink cup has become the most widely used sealed cup in the industry today. It has three components, an anodized aluminum housing, a snap in ceramic ring, and four permanent magnets. magnetic force creates an air tight seal between the ceramic rings ultra precise lip and the imaged plate enclosing the ink in an evaporation proof, maintenance free capsule. The replaceable Ceraseal ceramic ring has a second working surface which is utilized by simply inverting the ring and snapping it back onto the the aluminum housing. Its unique, wear resistant, low friction composition makes it the only closed cup seal capable of functioning on plastic or steel plates interchangeably... and there is no compromise in Ceraseal's ability to deliver all of the advantages of sealed cup technology including simple tool free set up, protection for ink contamination, elimination of solvent evaporation, operation without viscosity maintenance, rapid no mess changeover, and improved productivity.
